  Foot Traffic Flat

  #3 of Firecracker Triple. Wow--it was rough. My left arch hurt so bad I couldn't put my weight on it standing in the porty potty line. Ugh. But the race started before I had time to think about it so off I went. Immediately made plans to jog back from mile 1 marker but it was such a beautiful day I thought I'd go one more and make it a painful 4 mile jog before returning home. Just couldn't stop and ran the whole thing in pain--but so happy thinking about how that finish line was going to feel. It ended up being a warm day and it was breezy too, so I took in lots and lots of Nuun (they had it at all aid stations)--plenty of gels today and a few perpetuem tabs. I am exhausted and my left arch and right calf is very sore. I don't know how I did it.
