    Kinsale St Patty's Day 4 Miler

    very good race for me. Didn't feel my best when started and didn't push too hard but ran well and very happy with my time especially for a 4 Miler. I think this was my fastest pace for any race ever! Another medal earned!! Let the 2011 collection begin!
