  Shamrock Run 5k

  Not quite prepared for the uphill running, but happy I got out there and did it.
  Had fun with my Sweat360 friends and I look forward to next year's Shamrock.

  Portland Shamrock Run

  The locals call this the 15k challenge and it lives up to its billing. Chilly, rainy conditions throughout the run. The goal was to average a 7 minute pace on this course so I'm pretty happy with the result. Free salmon chowder and Widmer beer at the finish to top it off!

  15K Challenge!

  So much fun! Thank you for a fantastically run event each and every year. I took on "The Hill" this year, and can't wait to beat my time next year. ;-) LOVED the medals! My favorite beer!
