   Easy shakeout run on the dirt trails around Niwot. Body is responding nicely to rest over the past week. Aerobic Threshold (153bpm for me) is around a 7:43 mile pace on flat terrain. Nice gain in efficiency over where I was 6 weeks ago. Really looking forward to the BB on Monday, my first race of the year.
