    渣打馬拉松2011－半馬挑戰組

    前一日跑完A MEET，有D攰，加上有少少傷風初起，所以未開跑之前都有D担心同埋同自己講完成就得。但係去到尖咀，見到咁多人一齊跑，空氣又清爽，個人輕鬆起上嚟＝〕全程都無停過咁跑晒。
    但係起了水泡同埋擦傷了＝P
    跑完後，肌肉痠痛的狀態下去了番工
    腿，崩潰了...
