Really fun! Nice, flat course! Great group of runners. Super cool to run through Churchill Downs.

Loved the course!
I thought all the changes would be bad but I loved this course. It went by so fast and flowed really well I thought. Normally the trek down 4th street is pretty boring but going in the opposite direction this year really made a difference. Only complaint: the traffic getting to the race. Since so many areas are flooded there were only a couple of routes to the start and they should have had police directing traffic or something. But I made it in time :)

Great course - very flat. Only down side was potties were hard to find.

VERY FAST 1/2 Marathon course
This was the first year for a new course which was going to be fast. Then at the last minute they made another change that made it even faster. First part of the course was through some areas that were a little sketchy, but then you turned onto 4th street and it was off the races. The loop through the infield of Churchill Downs was cool, then you turned north on the 3rd street and it got real fast. A couple of small rolls, then slightly down hill til the finish. Great finish line and post race activities.
