Description:

Follow ten crazy runners make their way in an independent relay from the Haunted Lighthouse in St. Augustine to the Clamshell Bandshell on Daytona Beach, Florida. Each runner will run 3 legs of 3 miles (2 runners together) plus all will run the final MOJO LOCO mile together.... The total distance is roughly 90K/50 miles, due south on highway A1A.   I had one of the most memorable times in my life, meeting & running with friends from all over the country, and the world. The "Mojo Loco" grass roots relay run consisted of 12 runners divided up into teams and covering 12 miles in three separate legs. The scenery, the company, the weather, and the experience was one I will treasure for the rest of my days...

  Awesomeness to the MAX!

  What an unbelievable event! The next time there is a Moco Loco event - where ever it may be, I recommend that you try your hardest to find a way to participate. It is a must do event and was the most fun I have EVER had at ANY running event!! The comming together of 13 friends who only knew each other from online relationships and leave the day with GREAT friendships that we will all cherish forever!
