Dublin 5k
A pretty hilly and hard course, and it was muggy out tonight, but I still cranked out a 26:23 which is about :30 slower than I hoped, but I am still recovering and am happy overall. Muscle Milk at the finish line is AWESOME and has always prevented me from being sore from any race, up to even 50ks. I LOVE that product now.
Met Melodie and Jenny J and their SO's and that was a cool aspect too! Also saw my ultra friend Kathy Wolf and she was a pacer (which I found weird for a 5k...but, c'est la vie!)
Race was well marked and well run. I can't find a thing to complain about!
