  Rock N Run 5K in Casselberry

  Missed the exit off I4 and arrived late...literally ran across a field to the start in time to hear the horn and just kept running...had a blast.

  Race Report

  For the most part, the race went well. I had to walk 1 entire mile due to stomach cramps, which was irritating for me; however they were gone for the last 1/2 mile, so I booked it! Ran the last 1/2 mile in 4 minutes, which is pretty fast for me. The race overall was great! Track Shack does such a great job with their events and I can't wait for the next one.
