USATF always recognizes 'gun time' as event awards go... but my chip must not have worked or the distance was more then 13.1.

I started my timer with wheelchair (gun time) and then being in Corral A waited 2 min and some seconds to start... my chip had the same time as gun time...
My partner had a GPS and clocked a longer course... what's up?
Great race, but not accurate timing!

over 1 year ago@StevenW I'm nowhere near running 1:25-1:30 so I can't help there, but in the past boys started in the second corral, not the last corral. They don't want a guy coming across the finish line first at a Princess race.

My roommate Meg wants to train for her first half marathon, and she really wants me to come along. Unfortunately I'm a boy, and boys apparently start in the last corral behind the 20,000+ other runners. I've heard that boys can run with the girls, if they register together.
Are there any women here who plan on running 1:25 - 1:30 that I can possibly tag along with in the start corrals?
