  Eugene Marathon

  I had a pretty good first half, and then the wheels fell off. The last 10k was a struggle, and probably my slowest 10k ever, but I went for an ambitious goal, so I can't be upset.

  Solid training (run less, run faster), good diet plan, perfect weather. Took 13 minutes off last years

  Only 4 minutes off Boston qualifying time...next year!!
