    Firemen's Run 5K

    http://is.gd/cv3P7 Ran an awesome 5K race today. I got a new PR out of it, granted the course was A to B with a solid downhill section of 140 ft decline but I still take the PR, no doubt. Finished 13/517 Overall and 2/18 in my age group. Race felt pretty smooth and I felt great. I'm ready to tackle the 10K on Monday!
