    London Marathon 2011

    What a great race the London Marathon is. Amazing atmosphere and support!
    Went out looking for sub 2:50 as my main goal, with 2:48:48 (sub 4 min / km) a secondary goal. Was looking good to go under 2:48 for a lot of the run, but I faded in the last 7km and badly in the last 2 or so and just missed out. However was really happy to go sub-2:50. And really loved the race! Sub-2:45 next year!

    Sorry Guys have got to withdraw from London Marathon and defer until 2012. Badly sprained ankle running, not able to run for next 12 wks so doc says :-( Good luck to you all and enjoy, keep up the good work, put in the training and you will all suceed :-)
