Watermelon Park and the Berryville News Stand presents the RuBiTube mini-triathlon on June 5, 2010. Check in is from 7 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. The race begins at 9:00 a.m. Pre-registration is required and ends May 15th (limited to 100 entries)/ A 5.5 mile run, followed by a 3....8 mile bike ride, followed by a 1.7 mile tube ride down the Shenandoah River. The course is challenging with multiple hills throughout the course. No street bikes allowed on the course. Paticipants must provide their own bikes. Helmets are required. Tubes are provided by Watermelon Park. Water shoes for the tubing portion are required. read more
