The 2010 event again serves as the 5K Championship for NC-USATF. All 5K competitors are eligible to win awards based upon the WAVA age-graded scoring system. Eligible USATF members will compete for additional prizes. USATF Championship entry deadline is July 14, 2010.

AWARDS:__ $4000 in total prize money. See the Twin City website for more details.
COURSE:__ 5K USATF Certified, USATF Sanctioned, RRCA Sanctioned, course is predominately flat and fast. Traffic will be monitored. See TCTC website for a course map.
SPLITS:__ Will be given every mile. Digital Clock at finish. 2 Water Stations at mile 1, 2, and at finish.
PRE-REGISTERED PACKET PICKUP:_ All pre-registered individuals - at 4 Runners Only (111H Reynolda Village) Friday, July 16th, 4pm to 6 pm; Saturday, July 17th, 10 am to 12 noon. At race site, Saturday, July 17th, 5:15 pm until 15 minutes before race start.
REFRESHMENTS:__ Snacks, fresh fruit, drinks.

SAFETY:__ For safety's sake no pets, baby joggers, roller blades, skates or bicycles in the 5K. They are not covered by our insurance.
LOCATION: Winston-Salem, NC. Both races will start and finish in the parking area on the east side of WFU's BB&T Field near the Indoor Tennis Center. From Business I-40, exit 5C to Cherry Street, north to University Parkway, turn east on Deacon Boulevard, and north into the Stadium parking lot.
