  Detroit Free Press Marathon 2011

  My goal was to run 12 minute miles. I did better than that (11:20) and sprinted the last piece of the race!

  Detroit Free Press Internation Half Marathon

  This was a great way to see Detroit. I started way back with some friends and it was really crowded, so after 1/2 mile, I knew it wasn't going to be a PR and just went with it. The view from the Ambassador Bridge was fabulous. I plan on doing this race every year.
