    NF endurance challenge

    I raced the 50M distance in 2009 and would like to point out that I think from around mile 20 to mile 35 only had one aid stop. It's really easy to hit the wall with that setup. Look closely at the course and aid stations.

    Horse trail

    One of the loops above Ottawa Lake is a horse trail... holy ankle breaker. Don't take your eyes off the trail. Of course it is a trail run so I'm not complaining, just pay attention.

    Love this place, great (tough) place to run.
