On March 27 the BAM Race Team is holding a clinic covering Transitions and New 2 Tri. This will cover such topics as: - Transitioning from Swim to Bike (with/without wet suit) - Transitioning from Bike to Run (including lots of practice time on a predetermined course) - P...re-Race Preparation (registering, mandatory meetings, bike drop off, night before meal, etc) - Day of Preparation - Gear Review (covering and attempting to demystify the plethora of gear choices out there) - Open discussion forum The location will be the Clear Springs High School, and will run 11-3 (11-12 the discussion for New 2 Tri, 12-3 transitions). The cost is $5, as a nominal fee to support the BAM Race Team. Registration for this is NOT limited to BAM Members only, so tell your friends, family and other training partners!
