Swamp Rabbit 5k
Family race night. Everyone did great. This was the girl's first 5k and Heidi's second. Amazing crowd and very hilly course.

Swamp Rabbit 5K Race Review
Great course, but *way* too crowded once we hit the actual trail. They had us line up to start according to pace time, but I really don't think that most people were doing that--I was passing walkers for the first 1/2 mile, steadily. I think that part of the frustration with those things was that I was running with a jog stroller (and I was actually running) and the crowds of walkers made it really difficult to do (people not keeping to the right to walk, etc.). Other than those two complaints, I think it was a GREAT race, and hope to be able to run it again next year.
