Bupa Great North Run 2010

Good Luck to Everyone Participating in this years Great North Run. Did it a few years back and it is a brilliant event. Enjoy those mad Geordies they are ace. Best of look to you all.

Hiya Lawrence. My 10k times are around 50mins and I ended up being moved up into zone C. I think my friend put 1hr35 for his time and he's been allocated zone C.

I finished in 1hr54 last year but my running's really come on over the last few weeks and I'm hoping to get 1hr45 - 1hr50.

What's your finish time? I've always got in the waves I wanted for the 10k's, I was hoping for a 1hr 40 finish time what wave do you think I will get??

Got my GNR number today - bloody wave E!!! They put me in wave E last year and I was moved up to wave C and now this year I put a faster finish time down and they've still put me in wave E. Now I'm going to have to trail up to Newcastle on the Friday before the run (which I could do without really) and prove yet again that I need to be in a different wave. Rah!!!!!
