  Garry Bjorkland 1/2 marathon

  I am doing this race, training has gone well so far, today I did 2 hr 5 minutes = 11 miles of trail running, tough and intense but I love it. Doing 2 speed workout sessions per week.

  I have done too many 1/2's to count and 20+ marathons, just getting back into racing.

  My race results, had a great race, finished 2605/5828 overall placing, 1103/3308 in female placing and 14/95 in age group 55-59. 2:05:27 is my finish time, would do this race again. Love the course and the support, great race.
