Chennai Cyclothon
My first 'Race". Took up the challenge to check on performance due to training...and I was happy with the results. COmpleted the 59 km @ 26.2 kmph avg. My personal best for such a distance.
Was good to see the Pros cycle away as a group on Chennai roads.
Hoping that the enthusiasm of the biking community has been noted and organizers learn from mistakes. Hoping to have more good biking events in Chennai.

Success - "Sucks us"
BSA Hercules Chennai Cyclothon - A brand stunt show. Better to have given it a miss, if you are not a serious racer. I heard from the groups that came behind that he traffic itself was not closed for them and they had to stop at all traffic lights. Thanks to the Pilot vehicle that helped in reducing the mess for us.
