The Kinetic Sprint is one of the early seasons best sprint triathlons. This event has a 9AM start so you can sleep in a little for this one! Staged out of beautiful Lake Anna State Park this event is easy to get to and has sold out the past 3 years. The triangular shaped sw...im course transitions into an 18 mile rolling bike course on the rural roads of Spotsylvania county. With only 3 turns outside of the park this really is a fast course. We have modified the run course so it only has one hill (coming out of transition) and is all inside the park on a combination of paved walking paths and roads. Water Temperature: We expect the water temperature to be in the mid 60's. read more
