Bay Area Multisport (BAM!) is a not-for-profit triathlon training club consisting of like-minded athletes who train and socialize together. We have all athletes of ages, sizes and experience levels, and offer training groups geared to your specific experience level. Chris ...Sustala, an accomplished Ironman triathlete and triathlete coach will host the TriSwim session between 6pm and 8pm at Williams Indoor Pool in Webster. Cost to get into the facility is $5 and there is no charge for the event. We only need to buy Chris dinner afterward! Though some stroke analysis will be done, it is not a "clinic". It's really meant to be a workout - 5K max, since we have folks marathoning in Houston that weekend. It's a great way to see BAM! in action as we train together.
