2010 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon Reviews (1)

Swim went great managed to take 22 mins of last years time and while I found the bike hard was faster than last year and the run was tough but faster again. Managed to hold a good pace on the run to the finish.

Walked through a few aid stations on the run.

Took nothing from the bike aid stations.

Lost a spare tire somewhere, I think it fell off.

Overall a great result.
