The race is a 5K run, 18 mile bike and 5K run. The running portions take you from downtown Minneapolis, across the Mississippi River, onto Nicollet Island, and back to downtown. The bike travels down West River Parkway and back. West River Parkway will be completely shut down ...for the race. If the distance sounds too intimidating, you can pair up with 1 or two other people and do a relay. read more
