Parking
I ran this race last year. It's a very flat course, other than one hill over the final mile. The course is COMPLETELY closed to traffic. Parking can be a bit of a hassle though. Either get there early to get a spot at the Nature Center or plan on parking at the nearby St. Francis Day School and walking about 1/2 mile to the Nature Center.

Add 2 miles of walking for parking!
This race was very well organized - plenty of support and directions, well-placed and staffed water stations, large display timers at every mile so you can pace yourself. However, I have 2 things that keep it from being a great race - the course itself and the parking. While the course is mostly flat, it does have 2 180 degree turnarounds, and a steep little hill during mile 5 that you have to go up and down twice an account of the 2nd 180 degree turnaround. Truth be told, it wasn't much, but it was enough that on a cold and damp Saturday morning in February, it was daunting for many of the participants. Also, the parking - there was plenty of parking available, but it was about a mile away from the course, which was a helpful walk to warm up, but just long and cold post-race.
I would do this race again, but if I'm looking for a fast P'tree qualifier, I'd look for something even flatter.
