The 21st annual Lake Geneva Triathlon Series will be held in the small lakeside village of Fontana, WI, which lies on the western shore of Geneva Lake. Geneva Lake is 9 miles long, 170 feet deep, spring fed, and clear. The scenic views and unbelievable hills provide the ingred...ients for a very memorable race. For 2010 , the Lake Geneva Triathlon Series consists of a Half Extreme, Olympic, Sprint and SuperSprint distances. All events are open to individuals and 2 or 3 person relay teams. read more

  Lake Geneva Sprint Tri - SWIM

  The panic attacks came back, because I could see the seaweed and other gunk floating in the water. I swam with my head out of the water most of the way. I'm sure that slowed me down quite a bit.

  ---- The water felt very warm (even thought it was only about 70 degrees), because it was pouring rain for a couple of hours before the race started. I love standing out in the rain in my wetsuit, shivering, with cold piggies. Brrr....
