New York City Marathon 2010

Thought I'd start a wave & corral share post.
9:40 a.m. start, Green Wave #1, Corral #6.

Hope everyone is getting excited.

Jeff, there is an error in your plans... The 3:38 was the FEMALE time. for Male 40+ guaranteed entry is 3:10.

I put my name in the lottery again. I have a long shot on getting in..but I'll try. :) Now since I've done this race, I know what to expect. I'm still kind of surprised that I finished over 30 minutes slower in NYC compared to Chicago and I didn't even really put a huge effort in Chicago and I gave it my all in NYC...but we shall see what happens. :)

@Joyce-deal! I'm there! :D

@Muriel - How about I bake them and you pass them out? Deal?
@Jeff - You can also register for the lottery unless you can submit your marathon qualifying time (3:38) by January 31, 2010. If you do the NYC Half on March 21 (with a 1:30) - that too is acceptable to qualify for NYC Marathon.

I'll have to get a 3:38 to qualify in the Spring. I think I can do that! When does this race Fill up? I'll have time right?
