    Poorly Organized

    Very poorly organized.
    Pros:
    - Supported a great cause
    - Course clearly marked by volunteers and chalk arrows.
    - Good vendors: Fuze, PopChips, Georgetown Brewery
    - Medics on hand (and unfortunately were utilized).

    Cons:
    - Pre-race e-mail was sent out but not a lot of people received it.
    - Wasn't informed until at the start of the race that the timing chips were not being used...there was no timing mat or clock at the finish. We were told to use our own timing devices...but it was too late to go get it if we had it in the car.
    - No water stations on the course, or at the finish. There were no cups or water bottles, but you had to bring your own container and water jugs were available.
    - Food was cold, even though the temperature out was freezing (macaroni was actually macaroni salad...brrrrrr, and the rice was ice cold too.)
    - No chairs whatsoever in beer garden or anywhere
    - No spotters on some of the more dangerous obstacles (like the last climbing wall).

Overall, this race course was really fun and a great team challenge. I would definitely do this again next year because it was fun just having a great time and getting dirty. Hopefully the organizers can get it together though.
