A University of Washington Tradition: Come to Husky Stadium on Sunday, October 18th for this University of Washington Homecoming tradition! Families, friends, students and alumni alike can all participate. Select the 10K run, the 5K run/walk or enter your child in the free... Husky Pups run. All paid registrants will receive a custom built long-sleeve t-shirt, post-race food and the opportunity to show your school pride. The Dawg Dash event is open to everyone. read more

  Purple & Gold!

  This is an awesome annual Homecoming race for UW alumni and current students and anyone else just looking to run. I'm not sure why I didn't do this one in the past! The course was around the campus, which is gorgeous this time of year...but that means it was extremely hilly and tough. The course was marked well and had a number of volunteers flagging the way, which was great. The only organization downfall was the packet pickup was really long and delayed the race by about 5 minutes. Also, the website had broken links, such as the course description. Overall, it was a great race and I look forward to running it again next year with my purple and gold on!
