This was my first 50 mile after a series of 50K trail runs. What a different experience. I tested me to the limit. Legs screamed at me. But I did it and now have a cold beer in hand

Fun race on a beautiful course up in Sonoma. Ran ok, not my best, not my worst. Had a tough stretch from ~37-47, but picked it up again at the end to finish strong the last couple miles. recovery going well though and legs are feeling good post-race.
