   Really happy that the calf muscle that was threatening my Marathon chances isn't hurting at all today. Gonna try a gentle couple of miles tomorrow just to be certain before a nice long one later and a half race next weekend. Fingers crossed!!

   First time under 1.30 for me.. and I feel elated! ... what an amazing feeling.. officially I was 5 seconds under by the gun - so I'm happy one could say - all the training has paid off :)

   Am going on ipod time not chip time, still pleased with result. Had a stitch after the first hill on mile 3, then those inclines kept coming! Fab finish in the stadium, though! Good race with large crowd and 18000 runners!
