      No workout or race is complete until I've updated dailymile, training peaks and my Garmin connect. Used to never measure or record anything and i still did pretty good.

      I am like this too! Except for when I run for time, in which case I need to have an even times, 30, 40, 50 minutes etc.

      Use to be this way, now I just call it when I am done with my route no matter the % of a mile. Only time I dont do this is if my trng program calls for an exact mile....then I do it, and maybe a little more :-)

      With me I allow a full 2 hours to digest. I eat a piece whole grain toast with peanut butter and a banana and just water to drink.

      No doubt digestion time will vary. I've found that (1) if I'm doing anything Tabata or (2) any more complex foods I need closer to 2 - 2.5 hours as well...
