No workout or race is complete until I've updated dailymile, training peaks and my Garmin connect. Used to never measure or record anything and i still did pretty good.

With me I allow a full 2 hours to digest. I eat a piece whole grain toast with peanut butter and a banana and just water to drink.

No doubt digestion time will vary. I've found that (1) if I'm doing anything Tabata or (2) any more complex foods I need closer to 2 - 2.5 hours as well...
