      Thank you ladies. Yesterday was solid for me considering a year ago I struggled to break 2 hours until the fall.

      I just finished my third half marathon in six months and SO wanted to break 2 hours, but it just didn't happen! I finished at 2:03 but I'm happy with my time since I've only been running for @9 months. Your reflection on your progress is inspiring!
