I know beging great requires a lot of self-confidence (among many other things), but I really admire those athletes who can manage to excel at world class levels while remaining modest. Regardless of their sport!

Yeah, I figured if I was going to piss of any swimmers out there it'd be you Andrea. Is Phelps a great swimmer - sure. Does he have incredible speed and endurance, undoubtedly. Is he a great athlete - of course. The best Olympian ever just because he won the most medals - I am not convinced simply because his sport allows for it. Now if he got out of the pool and even COMPETED at the olympic level at say gymnastics, or track, or even badminton, we then I'd have a life size cutout of him on my wall.
