      Yep, I've had two races in two weekends and took two rest days before each. It has taken a toll on my weekly miles, but those rest days have definitely helped me run a decent race. I've actually not minded the days off this time around. Now, other than the Peachtree, it's time to get to 18 weeks of serious marathon training!

  4. #dailymission I cut out doubles and reduce the long run, then just follow coach's workouts at practice and hope he's giving us the right workouts.... some seasons he hasn't.

      you got this....Next time we get together with other DM'ers I will have to tell everyone how I almost hyperventilated toward the end of my first 1/2....yeah I pretty much was a wuss.

  7. #dailymission do 1/2 the volume but keep some intensity. I like 2 days of complete slothdom but that is not the best for everyone!
