I think the reason we quit workout programs in the past is because there never was a tangible goal associated with them. Now, you can say "I want to complete a 10k" or half, or marathon, or triathlon, then sign up for a race, get a workout schedule, and your set! Until the next event. What's more tangible than a big fat finishers medal?! BTW you are kicking butt Laruso!

Perhaps cycling can be considered a lifestyle addiction? After having worked out in some category most of my 70 years, I admit to being addicted to my healthy lifestyle. It's a beneficial addiction!
