      Totally agree! In fact, I've been passed by people on fat tire bikes. One in particular was a very fit young lady that had written on her back side "You've Just Been Chicked."

      I agree Richard, equipment is important, VERY!!, genetics and character are WAY more important

  3. #dailymission: Triathlon? yes! Misconception? -that you need expensive equipment. You don't NEED it... you just WANT it!

      @Jason, well I used to be a distance runner but the knees don't allow that any more. So I'm pretty much limited to a mono. I'm not very good at the cycling thing yet, but improving. Maybe one day I'll even be competitive. In the mean time, it sure is a lot of fun! :-)
