    Running is 90% mental, and the other half is physical :)

      You're right! It has been proven through science that the mind tells the body what to do. That is why it is important to have a positive mind before and during a run. :)

    I use the body to bludgeon the mind into submission and let the spirit soar. Well that's the goal anyway. Then I can sleep as well.

      well get it together then Andrea. Those 26.2 miles at CM12 aren't going to run themselves. We have to run them, INTO THE GROUND! (okay that makes no sense but it's the best motivation I could muster)

  19. #dailymission - It's all my mind. Anybody's legs can be trained to run really far, but it's worth sh!t if your mind says "yeah, it's okay to quit" at mile 16.
