      You surely right about at least one point. 3 years of exercise 5x a week will make you much more fit than the average person. While I can run for 15 miles, I can't hold a side plank for very long - always chocked that up to being 6'2. I do my best training, let go of the outcome and expect there will always be people faster ... and slower. One last comment, if a person wants to be different they have to live differently for good - sadly, 2 months of exercise as a New Years resolution is not enough.

      my wife cant stand it that seconds after my head hits the pillow I am out! She often tries to beat me asleep - never happens ... fastest to sleep in the west.

      Piano (and keyboard), organ, flute, harmonica, guitar, bass. I do have a cheap chanter which I can play on a bit, and hope to someday acquire and learn to play the pipes!
