      2. I like the natural high. Forget all the contests & everything else. If I could no longer do workouts, I'd be reallllllll bummed. Overall, they give me more energy & a brighter outlook.

      Same here. My mom was taken from me when she was 49 16 years ago. I have changed some eating habits and now run again for me and them. Well said!
