You only have 30 minutes to get in your workout/train-what are you doing?

  1. #dailymission I second what Dana Z. and Christina I. said. I know I would not be running or biking, but calories would definitely be burned!

  2. #dailymission 3 miles. I keep trying to get that to happen in 30 minutes, but overshoot by as little as 60 seconds. I'll get there.

      You will get there, especially with the distance work you've been doing. Are you racing with Ray and I this weekend (Saturday, ambulance Chase 5K, Government Center)?

  9. #dailymission If I had only 30 minutes to train, I'd do a hard shoulders + triceps freeweights workout. It's definitely my favourite workout of the week.

      Our treadmill got ruined in the flood :( $3,000 down the drain and insurance won't cover it :(
