#dailymission Self doubt at the beginning of the race, any distance. The first 1-3 miles (even during a 5K) is a mental battle of self doubt and "why am I doing this?"

#dailymission - How sweaty are your balls right now?
My balls are so sweaty if you recruited some red heads you could film an Irish Springs commercial at the base of them.

Always a battle, even when I run a 5k. I should of named my blog, MILE 2. That is when my brain is saying, "hey, knucklehead - what ARE YOU DOING?" Then around Mile 4 or 5...it goes, "oh, okay - we are feeling good now". I have been working on using personal mantras the moment I start the race to offset the brain games. You?
