Flavored water.....but i did read somewhere that when you are dehydrated from an extreme effort you should drink a beer or two to get your system flowing again

  13. #dailymission "What would you say is your primary source of motivation?" Health and vanity. It wasn't long ago that I weighed 324 pounds, and I'd rather not travel that road again.

Isn't life so much easier without feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, via your own personal fat? Kudos to you for loving yourself enough and often! <3

Ian, you make a sound and important point and I agree as I seem to meet at least a couple every day. Though luckily they don't try and eat my brains, being unsure of what brains actually are. Usually they just grunt at me and fall over, after I have shooed them away from my front door (politely)and rejected their offers of fabulous plastic products / Jesus / Jehovah / Lipstick / Spray Tan (delete as appropriate) (Though of course I do need all of these things...desperately).

Thanks Jessica/Fe - I really shouldn't be so motivated by other people's reactions, but I'm not *quite* enlightened enough to just have intrinsic motivation yet ;-)
