      For chaffing I use good old vaseline n band aids. Blisters still have to find some solid prevention method!

      I used to get blisters with vffs but once i corrected my form, black toenails and blisters are now a thing of the past.

      I think some people for whatever reason are more prone to blistering than others. I have rarely had an issue but my wife and my daughters get them pretty easily.

      I get the occasional blister, but if I drain it post-run it turns into a callous and then that spot is basically blister-proof, so I only get them if I haven't done any long runs for a while and my callouses get soft.

      Toe socks are really great when one is looking for no friction at all. Try them and see what you think.

      The pnly ones I knew are the Injinji. (Not sure of spelling.) Don't buy the stripe ones, they look cool but there are knots inside the sock every time the stripe colors change, enhancing chafing risk.
