  2. #dailymission~ Hmm, a pity party? The only thing I have to cry and baby about would be my left knee. In the last year I have lost 115 pounds, gained muscle and all my numbers are outstanding and wh... read more

Go get that knee brace. Did I know you were a rider? Hmmm. We've much in common. But I came out unscathed...due to the fact I didn't ride nearly as much as I should have. Few bumps, scrapes, sprains and such, but no skeletal or structural damage. You can get those knee sleeves at Target...in the pharmacy section. They have light weight ones in the sports section...but, if you want real support go to the pharmacy.

It's always on the way home they get hot and ornery. Mine would occasionally get real close to a tree while running through the woods. He was a cow pony and excellent cutter. I just had to learn to hang on and smack him when he acted up. You could tell too when he was being a shit. He would do something risky and then bend his ears back and take a glance at me to see if I had noticed. Best horse in the world!

Ha ha!! My first bareback rides were on a Sheltland Pony when I was a young teen and someone had miss named the horrid little thing, "Lady" she was a little monster and yes she would try and rub you off on anything she could. She opened up my friends leg one time by trying this trick against a parked motorcycle that she was trotting by. Opened Cheri's leg to the bone.
After learning "real" riding on Lady, I could ride near to anything.
I love to sulky drive!! That was a lot of fun!!

I lead the way to the beer tent........... although I did make it one week!

  16. #dailymission I couldn't give two hoots about being on the top. If I did I would ride a real bike not a spin bike and swap the 6 or so hours a week of weight training for endurance training
