Everybody tries to cycle 497.1 km . Part of the Training program, for 2010. Phase one. Lets ride 800 kms of base miles on 39 x 21/19 keeping a cadence over 100 rpm. Focus on keeping a good high rpm and a lower HR Zone. Speed is not an issue, forget about it :) Details »
