100 Miles in 100 Days!!! 2012
Run the most by 12/09/2012. I originally created this challenge in Winter/Spring 2011 when I was starting out as a runner and I wanted to jump-start my fitness routine by doing something new and challenging! 100 miles in 100 days obviously breaks down to a mile a day. Now, to a lot of you pros, that may not seem like much at all. But when you're a newbie or really just do not like running (like me!), there are some days when it's tough to get that mile in! However, I realized the benefits of running and by the end of the challenge, I was really getting in great shape for the summer. Can you commit for 100 days? Try to do 100 miles!!!
