Cover 500 miles in 2011 - any sport!
Everybody tries to go 500 mi . Like the title says, cover 500 miles in 2011 doing any sport. I started 2011 needing some kind of exercise goal and it needed to be realistic as well as the other elements of SMART. Based on a change of circumstances I worked out I would be able to do around 350 miles but needed a challenge so I'm going for 500. As I write this description I've already done 33 which isn't really enough given we’re over 3 months into the year and to add to that I start right back at the big zero. Think this will be tough for me so could do with your help and camaraderie! Details »
